Why warm up?
A proper warm-up is crucial for peak performance and injury prevention. Just a quick two-minute session can significantly reduce your risk of injuries by preparing your muscles and joints for the physical activity ahead. It increases blood flow, enhances muscle flexibility, and activates the neuromuscular system, which is essential whether you’re gearing up for a social game of futsal, netball, or dodgeball.

Our tools and how to use them
- Massage Guns: These powerful tools deliver concentrated, rapid pulses to muscle tissue, which can help reduce soreness and increase circulation. A brief session with a massage gun can leave muscles feeling rejuvenated and ready to perform.
- Foam Rollers: Ideal for self-myofascial release, foam rollers help relieve muscle tightness and improve your range of motion. Spend a few minutes rolling out major muscle groups, especially those you plan to use the most during your activity.
